Orbi Service App

Problem

Orbi employees and supervisors faced challenges in organizing and tracking tasks, leading to reduced productivity and prolonged task completion times. The previously used application failed to meet user goals and contained significant flaws, further exacerbating the issue.

Goal

The goal of this project was to create an easy-to-use task management application for Orbi employees and supervisors. This new application aims to improve productivity and reduce the time needed to complete tasks by fixing the issues found in the previous system.

Interface and User Flow

I began refining the user flow and interface to ensure a pleasant experience from both UI and UX perspectives, focusing on simplifying task management and enabling supervisors to easily update task status.

Iconography, Typography & Hierarchy

After refining and iterating on the design, I selected the Inter font family for typography and incorporated a linear set of icons from Google's Material Symbols to enhance familiarity and ease of use for the users.

Final Product

After a few revisions from the client's side, we got to come up with final designs, which will be used by orbi employees. for supervisors to create and assign tasks and for workers to update and accomplish them.
