Orbi Hotels lacked a functional website that addressed the needs of both guests and property owners. The existing site didn't provide a seamless booking experience or proper property management tools, requiring a redesign to improve usability and functionality.

In the research phase, I analyzed industry trends and competitor websites like Airbnb and Booking.com, focusing on the needs of both guests and property owners. Through user interviews, I gathered insights on booking and property management behaviors. This helped define the target audience, prioritize features, and pinpoint areas where Orbi Hotels’ existing site could be improved in terms of usability and functionality.

Userflows

Mapped out user flows for both guests and property owners to ensure ease of use.
Focused on clear paths for tasks like booking, checking availability, and managing property listings.
Defined key interactions and decision points to enhance the overall user experience.

Wireframes

Translated user flows into wireframes to create a blueprint for the website’s layout.
Focused on a simplified view of structure, including navigation, CTAs, and forms.
Allowed early validation of functionality, ensuring usability before the full design implementation.

UI Design & Prototyping

Created high-fidelity UI designs with consistent typography, imagery, and icons for a polished look.

Final Design & Handoff
